Shipping Information

Please note: There are currently shipping delays of 1 to 2 working days.

We believe in complete transparency. The final shipping cost will be calculated accurately and displayed during checkout, so you know exactly what you will pay before confirming your order.

We aim to dispatch customer orders on the same working day when placed before 2pm, Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Orders placed after 2pm, at weekends or during bank holidays will usually be processed on the next working day.

Dispatch may be delayed during busy periods, product launches, preorder releases, stock checks, payment checks, address verification checks or circumstances outside our control.

Pre-Order Items

Orders containing pre-order items will be held until all items in the order are ready for dispatch. If you would like in-stock items sooner, please place a separate order for those items.

Pre-order release dates, allocation dates and delivery estimates may change. We will dispatch your order as soon as the relevant stock is available and ready to ship.

UK Mainland Delivery

Most UK mainland orders are shipped using a tracked courier service. Delivery aims are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated at checkout.

Shipping to Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, islands and other remote UK locations may be subject to increased transit times and additional delivery charges.

Remote UK Locations

Orders to Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, islands and other remote locations within the UK may incur additional shipping charges. The final shipping cost will be shown at checkout where available.

If an additional shipping charge is required and cannot be calculated automatically at checkout, we may contact you before dispatch. If you do not wish to proceed with the additional charge, you may cancel the order for a full refund before dispatch.
