Monthly Giveaway Terms & Conditions
1. OBSIDIA GROUP (UK) LTD (“Obsidia TCG”, “we”, “us”, or “the Company”) hosts a monthly giveaway, where participants (“you”) have the chance to win a a prize.
2. These Terms & Conditions apply to the monthly giveaway (“the giveaway”) hosted by Obsidia TCG.
3. These Terms and Conditions are valid from 1st May 2025.
4. By engaging in any of the actions resulting in an entry into the giveaway, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
5. If you do not wish to enter the giveaway, or wish to withdraw from the giveaway, you should inform us as soon as possible via the Contact Us page on our website. Upon receipt of any such notification, any and all valid entries will be immediately void.
6. Withdrawals will remain in effect until such time as you notify us that you wish to take part in the giveaway. Only entries from this time onwards will be valid.
Giveaway Period
7. Each giveaway will begin on the 1st day of the month and run until the end of the same month.
8. The specific product for each month’s prize will be announced at the start of that month via our website, newsletter, social media channels, or a combination of these methods.
Eligibility
9. The giveaway is open to residents of the United Kingdom only. Participants from the Channel Islands or outside of the UK are not eligible.
10. Entrants must be 18 years or older.
How to Enter
11. Participants may enter the giveaway via the following methods:
a. Being subscribed to Obsidia TCG’s mailing list
b. Following Obsidia TCG on Instagram, TikTok, or Facebook
c. Sharing your recent pulls or hits and tagging us
12. A maximum of one entry per method, per person, is permitted each month (up to 5 total entries). For example, if you are subscribed to our mailing list and follow us on both Instagram and TikTok, this will result in 3 entries into the draw.
13. Entries will only be calculated at the end of the month. If you follow and unfollow us within the same month, this will not result in a valid entry.
14. Any entries that are fraudulent, incomplete, or duplicated will be disqualified. This determination will be at our sole discretion.
Winner Selection & Notification
15. One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries.
16. The winner will be announced on the 1st of the following month via our website, newsletter, social media channels, or a combination of these methods.
17. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, we reserve the right to select a new winner, cancel the giveaway, or take any other action we deem appropriate at our absolute discretion.
Prize & Delivery
18. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, vouchers, etc.
19. There will be no charge for delivery.
20. You must be available to take delivery of the prize and make every effort to receive delivery of the prize.
21. If the courier is unable to deliver the prize for any reason, we reserve the right to charge for additional delivery attempts, select a new winner, cancel the giveaway, or take any other action we deem appropriate at our absolute discretion.
Right to Amend or Cancel
22. We reserve the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the giveaway at our sole discretion and without prior notice.
Use of Data
23. By entering, participants agree to receive updates and promotional emails from Obsidia TCG.
24. Your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
25. By entering, you agree that we may announce some of your personal data to the public and other participants. This data will be strictly limited to the following:
a. Your username on the platform from which the winning entry was selected.
b. Your first and last name.
c. The Town or City portion of your address.
