Lottery Allocation Terms and Conditions

1. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the limited product allocation system (“Lottery”) operated by OBSIDIA GROUP (UK) LTD (“we”, “us”, “our”, or “OBSIDIA TCG”). By registering your interest and participating in the Lottery, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not participate in the Lottery.

Eligibility and Purpose

2. To be eligible to participate in the Lottery, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age;
  • Reside in the United Kingdom;
  • Hold a valid customer account with us; and
  • Comply with these Terms in full.

3. Employees of OBSIDIA TCG, their immediate family members, and any associated third parties are not eligible to participate.

4. The purpose of this system is to provide all our customers with a fair chance to purchase stock which is in limited supply and prevent botting.

5. Products subject to this system shall be selected at our sole discretion.

6. These Terms shall be effective from 29 May 2025.

How to Enter

7. You must first create a valid customer account through our official website.

8. To enter the Lottery for a specific limited product, you must:

  • Visit the relevant product page; and
  • Click the “Register Interest” button before the specified closing date and time.

9. Only one (1) entry per person, per product, is permitted. Duplicate entries will be void.

Selection Process

10. All eligible entries will be entered into a random selection process.

11. You will be notified that entries to the lottery are being accepted by visiting the relevant product page and seeing the “Register Interest” button available, and via email if you are subscribed to our mailing list.

12. Winners will be selected at random from the pool of eligible entries after the registration period closes.

13. You will be notified of the relevant registration period via email if you are subscribed to our mailing list. This period may differ between lotteries.

14. If selected, you will receive a notification email with instructions on how to complete your purchase. If you do not complete the purchase within the specified time frame, your selection will be forfeited.

15. There is no cash value or cash equivalent offered.

Purchase Conditions

16. Purchase opportunities through the Lottery are strictly limited to one (1) unit per customer and/or delivery address, unless expressly stated otherwise.

17. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order that appears to violate these terms or gives rise to suspicion of fraudulent, automated, or otherwise unfair activity.

18. Entries will be reviewed and verified. Any use of bots, scripts, or other automated means to participate will result in disqualification and, where appropriate, further action.

Disqualification and Fraud

19. We reserve the right to disqualify any participant who:

a)       Breaches these Terms;

b)       Attempts to manipulate or interfere with the Lottery process;

c)       Provides false or misleading information; or

d)       Uses automated systems or unfair means to gain advantage.

20. Disqualified entries will not be considered and may lead to account suspension or termination.

21. This determination shall be made at our sole discretion.

Limitation of Liability

22. We shall not be liable for any technical failures, delays, or errors that may prevent participation or selection in the Lottery.

23. Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.

General

24. We reserve the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Lottery or these Terms at any time, without prior notice, where necessary for legal, regulatory, or operational reasons.

25. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.

26. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

27. The headings in these Terms and Conditions are for convenience only and will not affect their interpretation.

28. Words imparting the singular include the plural and vice-versa.
