4. What happens after I submit the form?
Once we receive your submission, we will review the details and aim to email you a personalised valuation within 2 working days.
Larger collections, sealed product submissions or items requiring additional checks may take slightly longer.
5. How will I receive payment?
Payments are usually made by bank transfer or PayPal.
Once your items have been received, inspected and approved, payment is usually processed the same working day. Funds may take up to 24 hours to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.
6. What happens if I reject the offer or change my mind?
If you choose not to accept our offer after receiving the initial valuation, you are under no obligation to proceed.

7. Are valuations guaranteed?
No. Any valuation given before physical inspection is an estimate based on the information provided in your CSV file.
Final offers may change after inspection if the condition, authenticity, quantity, grading details, packaging condition or product details differ from the original submission.
